This Policy defines the procedure for processing personal data of users of the docfest.ru website by the Organizing Committee of the "Meetings in Siberia" festival.
2. WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED
When filling out the festival application form, the following is collected:
- Full name, phone number and email of the director (and other film authors, if specified);
- Director's biography and filmography, director's photo;
- Film information (title, country, year, synopsis, technical parameters, links to materials);
- Stills from the film (images).
Also collected:
- Technical website data (IP address, browser type, cookies);
- Analytics data — with user consent.
If the application contains data of third parties (e.g. director's data, if the application is submitted by a producer), the applicant guarantees that they have obtained the consent of these persons to transfer their data to the Organizing Committee.
3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
- Reviewing applications for festival participation;
- Communication with applicants;
- Improving the website (analytics);
- Content personalization (with consent).
